Stainless Steel Strip

Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Strip

Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Strips are steel products formed by applying heat treatment to cold-rolled and annealed coil/strip materials. Stainless spring strips are resistant to corrosion, heat, and wear, making them suitable for use in flexible spring parts, conveyor belts, and other industrial sectors. They can be produced in a wide range of thicknesses, widths, and lengths.

The range that we can achieve are

  • Thickness 0.05 - 500.mm
  • Width 3mm - 710mm
  • Length 1000mm - 5000mm
  • Surface Finished Tempered or White Polish
  • Edges Sharp, Rounded or Semi-Rounded
  • Custom specifications available on request

Grades Available

Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Strips include various steel grades with different chemical compositions and mechanical properties.

Grade 301 is a stainless steel grade with a carbon content of 0.05-0.15%, 16-19% chromium, and 6-9.5% nickel. Grade 301 stainless spring steels are referred to as 1.4310 or X10CrNi18-8 according to EN standards. This grade is highly resistant to corrosion and wear, can be classified according to different strengths, has high fatigue resistance, and is formable.

Grade 420 is a stainless steel grade with a carbon content of 0.16-0.25% and 12-14% chromium. Grade 420 stainless spring steels are referred to as 1.4021 according to EN standards. This grade is heat-treatable, magnetic, has high spring properties, moderate corrosion and wear resistance, and moderate weldability.
